A young intern scientist begins to consider more deeply at what's actually under the microscope. It is a vast universe of nasty microscopic things is what she discovers. She turns instead to the universe within herself. A universe that is as vast as the one under the microscope but is beautiful and can satisfy her every desire. She finds that a hypodermic needle is the rocketship that allows her to journey through her personal universe. The rocket fuel is a new laboratory drug that causes the user to immediately collapse into ecstasy. It’s The Drop. She can not get enough of the drug. She’s heading for a fall.
